2024 has been a busy year with the introduction of new legislation on such issues as maternity leave and NDAs and caselaw developments on almost every aspect of employment law.
Adrian's presentation will cover issues such as bogus self-employment, sick leave, remote working, new maternity legislation and mandatory retirement ages.
